Ø To contact leads and guide the prospects through outbound and inbound calling

Ø Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers

Ø Enroll participants in our virtual and face-to-face training programs

Ø Provide excellent customer service to clients

Ø Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Ø Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Ø Support to sales teams in preparing proposals, maintaining sales data sheets etc

Ø Meet and exceed sales goals


Salary 18kpm-20kpm
( Minimum 1-year sales experience or MBA fresher) - Female preference


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
