    About Company:

    HotWax Commerce is a cloud-based Omnichannel Order Management solution that provides retailers with the best return on their inventory by facilitating omnichannel solutions such as same-day Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Ship From Store, and Pre-Order management to increase conversion rates and profitability.

    Global brands like Steve Madden, Essilor, Frank and Oak, Cabi, and Betsy Johnson rely on HotWax Commerce to deliver omnichannel retailing experiences to their customers.

    The HotWax Commerce founding team has deep experience in delivering enterprise-grade eCommerce and Order Management solutions in the US, Europe, and Australia. Since 2001, the founding team has served as major contributors of Apache OFBiz and worked with clients including United Airlines, IEEE Computer Society, UPS, and Warby Parker.

    About the Job:

    We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer proficient in Figma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating elegant and user-centric designs and possess a deep understanding of SaaS products and their unique design challenges. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our product.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
    • Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that bring design concepts to life.
    • Conduct user research, user testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs and enhance user experience.
    • Design intuitive user interfaces that streamline user workflows and enhance usability.
    • Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions within our SaaS products.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design for SaaS products.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
    • Visual design skills.
    • Communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
