Job Summary:

Provide technical leadership on prospective business opportunity proposals
:


  • Develop solutions architectures, and providing technical leadership for proposals and strategic pursuits as well as creating content and contributing to the writing and assessments of proposals.

Develop technical approach and proposal plans, including scheduling of tasks, processes, and identifying critical resources, to turn the solution into a successful proposal
:


  • Develop and write technical responses to Requests for Proposals and Quotes (RFPs and RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Sources Sought Notices (SSNs).
  • Write, edit, and review technical proposal content, consolidating, rationalizing and incorporating reviewer/technical expert edits and developing basis of estimate (BOE) to support pricing team.
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as whitepapers, slicks, trifolds, etc.
  • Review solicitation documents to understand scope of work and customer needs to develop an overarching solution to be proposed as part of the solicitation response.
  • Develop and identify reusable solution content and branding of frameworks and methodologies for proposals and presentations, proofofconcept (PoC) and Case Studies.
  • Lead/guide Technology professionals (supporting customer projects) in the development of complex solutions and new service offerings.
  • Develop technology solutions focused on improving efficiency within current projects and develop innovative ideas supporting organic growth.
  • Supports capture strategy development through technical leadership, including the creation and marketing of discriminating value propositions.
  • Support all aspects of the new business development lifecycle with innovative technical ideas, reviews and discussions.
  • Participate in technical proposal content reviews and make recommendations for content improvement and/or compliance.

Required Qualifications:

-
3+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect on medium or large size business captures and proposals
:

Experience in writing for white papers, RFI responses, and proposals
:


  • Ability to convert business requirements into logical solution designs.
  • Experience in conducting trade studies, product evaluations, or research projects.

Experience and/or expertise in at least three of the following areas: System Development, Software or Application Development, Application Modernization, Software Engineering, Operations & Maintenance, System Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Agile Development, Dev/Sec/Ops:


  • Experience engaging in business development and capture efforts.
  • Converting proposal requirements into engineering solutions independently and able to write the solutions in a proposal response format.
  • MS Office Suite, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project.

Must have minimum of 3+ years of experience in RFP solution development

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.

Salary:

₹802, ₹2,032,610.72 per year


Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • US shift
