Job Location:
Chennai

Role

Coordinate with Studio Manager, Contact Center and Consultants to book consultations for the center.
To make sure that all leads are getting converted into Studio Walk ins for face to face consultations; meet the allocated number of consultation target every month
Handle / Manage all the inquiries (Inbound phone call, web submissions, micro sites and other Digital as well as Advertising and Business Development leads land on the CRM) and convert them into Consultation appointments and arrivals at the studio by effective counseling over the phone
Ensure that all the Brand Standards are followed.
Manage Front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personalized attention.
5+ Experience in Hospitality or service Industry, entertainment, media, corporate
Good & Pleasing Communication Skills in English, Hindi and vernacular is preferred
Excellent telephone courtesy & client handling skill.

Salary:
Up to ₹40,604.40 per month
