• Optimize product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, pricing, and inventory information.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new ecommerce platforms suitable for listing our products, considering target audience, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with ecommerce platform representatives, negotiate favourable terms, and secure partnerships for new product listings.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of product listing strategies and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse sales data, customer reviews, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay uptodate with ecommerce platform policies, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize online sales potential.
• Continuously optimize product listings by incorporating keywords, utilizing search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, and leveraging datadriven insights to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock availability, and fulfil customer orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports and present insights on sales performance, product listing effectiveness, and market trends to the management team.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product descriptions, marketing collateral, and promotional materials to support product listing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Product Listing Professional or in a similar role within the FMCG industry, with a focus on ecommerce platforms and product listing optimization.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplace dynamics, including product listing best practices, search algorithms, and customer experience optimization.
• Experience in identifying and onboarding new ecommerce platforms for product listings, considering target audience, market reach, and competitive advantages.
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets through effective product listing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize product listings and improve performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and build relationships with ecommerce platform representatives.
• Proficiency in using ecommerce platform tools, analytics software, and other relevant salesrelated tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and highquality product listings.
• Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing, and staying uptodate with industry trends and emerging platforms.
