    Description
    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will beresponsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top talent tosupport our companys strategic objectives. This individual willwork closely with hiring managers and department heads tounderstand staffing needs develop recruitment strategies andexecute hiring plans. The ideal candidate will have a passion fortalent acquisition exceptional communication skills and a strongability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    Rolesand Responsibilities:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs anddevelop recruitment strategies for open positions.
    • Source and attract qualified candidatesthrough various channels including job boards social medianetworking events and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidatequalifications skills and fit for the role and company culture.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews withhiring managers and crossfunctional teams.
    • Manage the candidate s experience throughout the recruitmentprocess providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.
    • Extend job offers and negotiate terms withselected candidates.
    • Build and maintainrelationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors asneeded.
    • Track and report on recruitmentmetrics including timetofill costperhire and candidatesatisfaction.

    RequiredKnowledge:
    • Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration orrelated field.
    • Proven experience as a TalentAcquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment bestpractices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to effectively engage and influencecandidates and stakeholders.
    • Detailorientedwith strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative teamenvironment while also working independently to manage multiplepriorities.
