We are seeking an Executive - Operations to provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to our clients. This role requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Your role & responsibilities:

Driver Coordination: Maintain effective communication with drivers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering positive working relationships.
City Growth: Devise and execute growth strategies to expand our business in targeted cities.
Supply and

Demand Management:
Analyze supply and demand metrics to optimize fleet allocation and meet customer requirements.

New Initiatives: Identify and implement innovative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and boost driver satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data and metrics, derive actionable insights, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

You Should Have:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Prior experience in operations management, preferably in the mobility, transportation, or logistics industry (optional).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and utilize data for decisionmaking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to identify and address operational challenges.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
