Job Description:

Welcome to the opportunity to join our team as a SAP CRM Utilities Functional Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of CRM module implementations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Conduct client workshops to gain a deep understanding of business requirements and effectively translate them into CRM module functionalities.
Prepare detailed Business Blueprint (BBP) documents that delineate the scope and objectives of the CRM implementation project.
Configure SAP CRM to align with specific business needs, adhering to best practices and standards for optimal performance.
Develop and document comprehensive testing scenarios and test scripts to validate the functionality and efficiency of the CRM system.
Create functional specifications for any custom-developed functionalities, providing clear requirements for development teams to follow.
Formulate cutover strategies to smoothly transition from existing systems to SAP CRM, minimizing disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM, with deep expertise in various CRM module components.
Proficiency in SAP CRM functionalities, covering areas such as web client UI, base customizing, sales, marketing, and pricing.
Understanding of end-to-end processes in the utilities sector, particularly how CRM solutions contribute to streamlined business operations.
Participation in at least one complete implementation project of SAP CRM, showcasing a track record of delivering successful CRM solutions.
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to CRM expertise, displaying specialized knowledge and skills in CRM functionalities.
Solid educational background in computer science or a related field, essential for comprehending complex business processes and SAP technologies.
Proven history of delivering impactful solutions that effectively translate business requirements into tangible CRM solutions.
