Description
Oracle CRM Resource with hands-on experience in building CRM solutions by connecting Oracle CX Products.Product knowledge must cover Sales, Service and Marketing Products, covering 2 or more of the Oracle products -Fusion CX Sales, B2B Service, CPQ, Eloqua, Responsys.
Knowledge of ERP will be an added benefit.Expectation from the Role
- Build futuristic solutions using Oracle CX Products to solve customer problems
- Interacting with customer on ongoing basis to understand their problem and identify excellence areas
- Build solutions by industry and act as the bridge between the Sales team and Consulting team
- Fair knowledge if Competitive Products in the market
- Architect customer solution and implementation of the solution
- Have good understanding of security aspects in cloud implementation
- Good Understanding in connecting Oracle Products using integrations
- Lead challenging projects in implementation and rollout
- Ensure Quality of delivery and customer satisfaction
- Good analytical skills in zeroing down on the customer problems
- Provide direction and advise on consulting
Required Experience
- Overall experience of 12 to 18 Years
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science field
- Should have at least 2 industry verticals knowledge
- Extensive presentation experience
- Flexibility to travel
- Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
