    Description

    Overview:

    The AdmissionCounselor for MBA & PGDM plays a crucial role in attractingand recruiting prospective students for the MBA & PGDMprograms. This role requires a mix of sales counseling and customerservice skills to effectively guide and support potential studentsthrough the admissions process.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Conductinginformational sessions and campus tours for prospectivestudents
    • Reviewing and evaluating applicationsfor MBA & PGDM programs
    • Providingguidance on program offerings admission requirements and financialaid options
    • Assisting students with theapplication process and ensuring all required documents aresubmitted
    • Following up with prospectivestudents to answer questions and addressconcerns
    • Collaborating with other departmentsto coordinate admissions events andactivities
    • Participating in recruitment eventsand college fairs to promote MBA & PGDMprograms
    • Conducting interviews and assessmentsof potential candidates
    • Building andmaintaining relationships with high schools agencies and othereducational partners
    • Monitoring and reportingon admissions metrics and trends
    • Contributingto the development of marketing and communicationstrategies
    • Providing support and guidance toadmitted students during the enrollmentprocess
    • Participating in training andprofessional development activities
    • Ensuringcompliance with admissions policies andregulations

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in arelevant field
    • Prior experience in admissionsrecruitment or sales
    • Strong understanding ofMBA & PGDM programs andcurriculum
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
    • Knowledge of admissions processesand procedures
    • Customer serviceoriented mindsetwith a focus on student satisfaction
    • Ability tomultitask and manage competingpriorities
    • Attention to detail and strongorganizational skills
    • Proficiency in CRMsystems and MS Office applications
    • Adherence toethical standards and confidentialityguidelines
    • Willingness to work flexible hoursand travel as needed
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
    • Sales andmarketing experience is a plus
    • Understanding ofhigher education trends andregulations
