Adreso is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a boutique real estate developer based in Margao. If you possess relevant administrative and basic HR skills, we encourage you to apply


What we are looking for:

  • 5 years of work experience.
  • Graduate with strong written English skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid twowheeler license.
  • Expertise in admin skills, including filing, dictation, interdepartmental coordination, vendor coordination, and general office tasks.
  • Competence in basic HR functions such as handling grievances, attendance, leave calculation, recruitment, and new employee registrations (PF, ESIC, etc.)
  • Capability to independently manage property maintenance, AMCs, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Proficiency in AoPs handling, including registration, bank accounts, and timely FM payments.
  • Skill in basic inventory management, including receiving deliveries, matching challans, proper storage, and systematic recordkeeping.

Salary:
₹240, ₹360,000.00 per year
