    Job Title: Senior SEO Manager

    Location : On-Site, Ahmedabad

We are expanding our team by hiring a skilled Senior SEO Manager who will work on our payroll but serve as a dedicated resource for our fintech client, an innovative finance-related platform. The selected candidate will work from our fintech client's office, focusing on enhancing their online presence and search engine rankings.

    Job Summary:

    As a Senior SEO Manager, you will develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our client's search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Your expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO, along with your analytical skills, will be crucial in optimizing their website and content for maximum visibility and performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for our fintech client.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
    • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content.
    • Create and execute off-page SEO strategies such as link building, outreach, and content promotion.
    • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
    • Collaborate with client's content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website development.
    • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
    • Conduct regular website audits to identify and rectify technical SEO issues.
    • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to the client's management team.
    • Manage SEO budgets and resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO management, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
    • Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
    • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
    • Knowledge of finance industry is a bonus.
