    About the role...

    As Platform Product Manager - AI/ML, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our AI-ML platform product, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic objectives, provides value to customers, and fosters growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, from engineering to marketing, to bring the platform product to market and maximize its impact.

    What you'll do for us...

    1. Product Strategy:

    • Define the long-term product strategy and vision for the platform, considering market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including potential new features and markets.

    2. Product Development:

    • Work closely with engineering and design teams to create and prioritize the platform's feature roadmap.
    • Drive the product development process from concept to release, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
    • Work with UX team to create amazing user experiences
    • Act as a domain expert and advocate/implement the best practices with the development team
    • Act as the functional 'Go-to' person for the QA team

    3. Market and Competitive Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

    4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
    • Provide product training to internal and external departments. Act as an SME and reviews the training material and product documentation
    • Help sales and pre-sales teams to support RFPs, RFQs, ongoing implementations and customer demos (preparation / delivery)
    • As SME, act as the first respondent for any functional queries / issues from internal / external teams

    5. Product Launch:

    • Plan and execute successful product launches, including messaging, positioning, and marketing strategies.
    • Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on customer feedback and data.

    6. User Feedback and Enhancement:

    • Collect and analyze user feedback to make data-driven decisions on feature improvements and enhancements.
    • Continuously improve the platform based on user needs and evolving market dynamics.

    7. Team Leadership:

    • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team.

    What you'll have...

    • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
    • 7+ years of experience in Product Management; Experience working within Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML applications will be an added advantage.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
    • Exceptional leadership skills.
    • Deep understanding of the platform's domain and industry trends.
    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
    • Demonstrated success in taking a product from concept to market.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • A good leader who can communicate project plans and status of projects effectively.
    • A self-motivated person who can work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiatives.

    • Online Assessment - Domain specific
    • During the interview phase, you will meet with the technical panel for 60 minutes. We will contact you after the interview to let you know if we'd like to progress your application.
    • There will be 2 rounds of technical discussion followed by a Managerial round.
    • We'll then invite you to complete an online assessment via email. We will let you know if you're the successful candidate.
