Description
Mobilization of unskilled youth to the training center to receive vocational skill training in selected trades.

  • Develop continuous interaction with local NGOs, govt. agencies towards mobilization of trainees for the program.
  • Conduct meetings and Community mobilization drive. Should organize/participate Kaushal Melas or job fair or social programs required for the same.
  • Coordination with the Centre team, Volunteers for visit to potential clusters where from youth can be mobilized for enrolment at the training center.
  • Make the overall mobilization strategy for all departments.
  • Ensuring mobilization of the trainees as per the batches for the all the centers
  • Previous experience of Mobilisation is preferrable

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
