    JobDescription

    The job descriptionfor a private equity professional using Advent Geneva may includethe following:
    • InvestmentAccounting: Responsible for managing the accounting process forprivate equity investments in Advent Geneva. This includes trackinginvestment transactions reconciling investment balances andpreparing financial statements.
    • PortfolioManagement: Responsible for managing the portfolio of privateequity investments in Advent Geneva. This includes monitoring theperformance of investments tracking cash flows and preparingreports for investors.
    • Reporting: Responsiblefor preparing and distributing reports to investors includingquarterly financial statements performance reports and taxdocuments.
    • Compliance: Ensuring compliancewith legal and regulatory requirements including accountingstandards tax regulations and securities laws.
    • Technology: Working with the technology teamto ensure that Advent Geneva is properly configured and maintainedfor the private equity business.
    • ProcessImprovement: Continuously improving the accounting and portfoliomanagement processes to increase efficiency andaccuracy.
    • Investor Relations: Building andmaintaining relationships with investors providing them with timelyand accurate information and addressing their inquiries andconcerns.
    In addition to thesespecific job responsibilities a private equity professional usingAdvent Geneva is expected to possess strong analyticalcommunication and problemsolving skills. They should also have athorough understanding of accounting principles financial reportingrequirements and investment managementconcepts.Experience with Advent Geneva orother portfolio management software is also highlydesirable.Experience : 13yearsCTC Range: 67 LPA Can be negotiable forright candidateNotice Period: Max 30days
