  • Laptop formatting and Rebuilding the Operating system (Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac (basic).
  • Handling Department Asset Management.
  • Handling ITrelated document preparations.
  • User ID and Group setup and granting permissions.
  • Availability 24*7

Skills Required:


  • IT Support
  • Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
  • Troubleshooting network configuration problems and Wi-Fi connection issues.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • OS Troubleshooting, Outlook Troubleshooting, VPN issues, and Configuration.
  • Troubleshooting system performance issues, Bluescreen error, etc.
  • Endpoint software installation and configuration (Sophos, FortiClient, and Teramind)
  • Communication (EPBX /Voip/ Ring Central / Skype / 3CX /AV conferencing )
