    Description
    We are seeking ahighly organized and proactive Architectural Project Manager tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have excellentcommunication skills a strong background in architectural projectmanagement and the ability to deliver exceptional service to ourclients. As an Architectural Project Manager you will beresponsible for maintaining seniorlevel client contacts analyzingproject briefs coordinating with production teams and ensuring thetimely delivery of highqualitydeliverables.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Maintainseniorlevel client contacts on a dailybasis.
    • Proactivelyaddress client marketing needs and provide added value througheffectivecommunication.
    • Analyzeproject briefs architectural drawings and client feedback toproduce creative briefs for the productionteam.
    • Coordinatewith production teams to ensure the delivery of competent 3Dwalkthroughs and AVfilms.
    • Providewelldocumented input and support data to creative and productionteams.
    • Ensurethat creative strategies are clearly defined approved by clientsand understood by architecturalgroups.
    • Reviewand approve all important documentation and deliverables beforethey are sent toclients.
    • Coordinateand authorize quotations for client approval and assist in thepreparation of clientinvoices.
    • Ensureprompt collection of account receivables and manage accounts withingivenlimits.
    • Writeclient contact reports and review important developments withrelevant account executives and directors of clientservices.
    • Preparemonthend overviews of client activities monthly revenue forecastsand plans for future accountdevelopment.


    Requirements

    Skills:

    • Knowledgeof 3D Max is aplus.
    • Abilityto manage multiple clients simultaneously with a focus onsolutiondriven customerservice.
    • Proficiencyin tracking and reporting across clients and theirprojects.
    • Expertisein business communication skills with proficiency in presentationapplications such as PowerPoint andKeynote.
    • Excellentbilingual skills are aplus.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
