RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage large amount of retention calls in a timely and effective manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling customers
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile and retain them.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduation in any field
- 12 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
