Job Overview:
The Career Counsellor is responsible for providing career counselling sessions to

students who have undertaken the Eccetra's Psychometric Tests through online sessions and

physical one to one interaction.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Achievement of the predefined counselling sessions ensuring student satisfaction.
Conduct promotional sessions and presentations for Schools and Universities to increase

program awareness

Support students for all queries regarding career choices, providing options available and

the best fit based on student interest and technical evaluation.

Coordinate with technical team for test updates and validation.
Gather statistical data with regards to student career counselling and the tests applicable
Assess the academic progress of students, identifying areas for improvement and

implementing appropriate interventions.

Support the marketing team in Content preparation for program promotions.

Qualification and Experience:

Graduate preferably with a Psychology back ground. Having 1-2 years' experience as a Career

Counsellor with an Educational Institution or University is desirable. He/she must have a flair for

interacting with students and a good understanding of career choices available.

Spoken and Written proficiency in English and Malayalam
Interpersonal skills and coordination abilities
