What will you do?

  • Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
  • Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
  • Diagnose enduser system failures and implement repair solutions
  • Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions
  • Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
  • Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix

  • Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network

What do you need to succeed?

  • 3+ years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 client
  • Experience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues
  • Quality Customer Service skills
  • VPN experience.
  • Experience with basic hardware printer support
  • Experience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP

Role Name :
IT Asset Coordinator


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Assisting in the preparation and updating Assets.
  • Experience in asset allocation and DE allocation process.
  • Assist in the preparation of various periodic reports including strategic plans, asset management reports.
  • Provide decision-making support to the management team regarding ongoing performance of the Assets.
  • Accountable for client requests and insure timely responses.
  • Assists the team during the acquisition and disposition of assets by serving to all parties involved in the process to coordinate smooth flow of files and information
  • Prepare Monthly weekly reports.
  • Should be strong in Excel are MIS report preparation.

Skill Set:


  • 1 to 2 years of hands on experience in IT infra
  • Hands on in allocation and de-allocation of IT assets
  • Experience in IMAC, IT asset Management tool
  • Knowledge in IT asset code creation.
  • Very familiar in IT Asset dispatching, Tracking, and IT Asset inventory management
  • Good in vendor coordination
  • Good in MIS and Reporting
