Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and integrity in all aspects of production.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including production, procurement, and NPD, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate customer complaints or quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and product specifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct training programs for production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality assurance and food safety.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the food industry/Restaurant chain/catering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and FDA guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of product quality and safety.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.w

Salary:
₹200,000.00 per year
