    Job Title: Tele-Counsellor

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, for a Tele-counselor at Ojaank IAS Academy. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and guidance to students, assisting them in choosing appropriate courses and programs, answering their queries, and maintaining student records. The Tele-counselor will also collaborate with other counselors and staff to develop and implement counseling strategies and programs to support student success.

    Duties and Responsibilties

    • Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
    • Proven experience in counseling, guidance for Education sector (especially UPSC)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to empathize and establish rapport with students
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Knowledge of educational programs, courses, and career paths
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Comfortable in English and Hindi languages

    Work Experience :- 3+ Years
