    QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic EngineeringStrong software development experience in JavaKnowledge of distributed systems, WCF, networking & connectivityExperience with telephony vendors such as Avaya, CiscoExperience with VOIP protocols such as, SIP, SIP Rec, CSTAExperience with CTI or Voice recording productsStrong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and code performanceA comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in OOD/OOPSubstantial capabilities in the domain of analyzing information, and deducing conclusions within the professional space, seen as a professional by his team and peer community.

    Has high attention to detail and works well in a dynamic and intense environment.
    Experience developing enterprise-grade software products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad enterprise ecosystem.

    Experience in high performance, highly available, and scalable systemsDeep knowledge and experience with software design patterns and how they can effectively be incorporated into software design and when notExperience with enterprise security requirements implementation and current encryption standardsExcellent interpersonal skills demonstrated the ability to influence others, especially in sensitive or complex situations.

    Passion to educate and mentor others in engineering best practices and patterns - team player.
    Experience working with Agile/SCRUM/Agile SAFe software development methodology.
    Great initiative - proven ability to tackle projects with a can-do attitude.
    Proven experience in operating within a global environment.
    Self-starter, autodidactic

    Additional Nice to have skillsStrong software development experience in C++, .

    NETExperience with RTP, media processing, audio and video codecsDatabase skills:

    MS-SQLFamiliarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine, or AzureKnowledge of Microservices and/or Cloud-Native DevelopmentExperience in and knowledge of Enterprise Unified Communications Infrastructures (such as Teams, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.

    Experience working in Financial Market or Trading compliance domain will be added advantage.
    Experience in working with Telecommunication and Unified Communication systems.
    Familiarity with K8s, containers, virtualization technology, VMWare, etc.

    Experience with Continuous DeliveryExperience working on resolving scalability/performance issues will be an added advantage.4-8 year of Industry experience and completely independent in writing the code and solving problems by himself.

    Should be a problem solver and should be able to mentor and guide junior developers on the team.
    Should have a good understanding of writing secured applications.
