Educational Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering/Post Graduate in Design/Electrical/Wiring Harness

Skill Requirements:
years of overall industry experience -Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design & Development

Understanding of functioning of various control systems, ECUs, Electrical
Electronic functions inside the Passenger cars.
Technical expertise in Wiring Harness schematics design, Connector selection, Fuse selection, understanding of all the concept schematics, various systems in the Car, CAN topology, Design guidelines and related Engineering requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Suppliers & cross functional teams across the globe.
Awareness of future technological advancement in Wiring Harness development such as Battery, High Voltage will be an added advantage.
German language skills & global project experience is an added advantage
Experience of working on MB norms, standards & processes will be an added advantage
Additional Advantage:

CAD Tool:
Unigraphics NX, Ldorado, E3-Cable, PREEVision - Awareness of PLM systems.
