Our organization is pivoting to a new Agile Operating Model and will need your agile and team dynamics expertise for the following:

  • Work with the newly formed product organization and senior CB Tech leadership to drive agile transformation across the firm with a focus of agile at scale behaviors and adoption of Jira Align
  • Design strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans that facilitate the transformation and provide support for common workflows, portfolio alignment initiatives, and both quantitative and qualitative assessments
  • Provide tailored guidance in numerous areas of agile practices and methodologies including Big Room Planning and scaled agile behaviors
  • Help drive Communities of Practice that promote and disseminate industry best practices and ways of working
  • Work with teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices
  • Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, finetuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
  • Lead agile workshops for product and development teams, as well as key stakeholders
  • Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals, alignment of agile to highcraft engineering practices, milestones and being accountable for them
  • Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices
  • Lead agile maturity assessments and collaborate with teams/leadership to tailor coaching engagements that will enhance the maturity of the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
  • Well versed in agile transformation initiatives that highlight your ability to partner at all tiers of the organization( executive level and below) and across functional lines of the organization
  • Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (such as SAFe)
  • Exposure to Portfolio and Program level activities including dependency management and Roadmap development
  • Experience with Agile in the context of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and SRE practices
  • Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
  • Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
  • Strong leader, educator, and coach
  • An excellent communicator and motivator
