Description

Our organization is pivoting to a new Agile Operating Model and will need your agile and team dynamics expertise for the following:

Work with the newly formed product organization and senior CB Tech leadership to drive agile transformation across the firm with a focus of agile at scale behaviors and adoption of Jira Align
Design strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans that facilitate the transformation and provide support for common workflows, portfolio alignment initiatives, and both quantitative and qualitative assessments
Provide tailored guidance in numerous areas of agile practices and methodologies including Big Room Planning and scaled agile behaviors
Help drive Communities of Practice that promote and disseminate industry best practices and ways of working
Work with teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices
Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, finetuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
Lead agile workshops for product and development teams, as well as key stakeholders
Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals, alignment of agile to highcraft engineering practices, milestones and being accountable for them
Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices
Lead agile maturity assessments and collaborate with teams/leadership to tailor coaching engagements that will enhance the maturity of the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
Well versed in agile transformation initiatives that highlight your ability to partner at all tiers of the organization( executive level and below) and across functional lines of the organization
Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (such as SAFe)
Exposure to Portfolio and Program level activities including dependency management and Roadmap development
Experience with Agile in the context of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and SRE practices
Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
Strong leader, educator, and coach
An excellent communicator and motivator
