We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and converting leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a time
- Provide product or service information to customers, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition.
- Guide customers through the sales process, address their concerns, and overcome objections to secure the sale.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Qualifications
- 25 years experience in sales
- Proven experience in inbound sales
- Strong communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in achieving sales objectives.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
