- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years' of experience in related industry
- Consulting, Business Intelligence / Operations or an MBA from top B-School.
- Able to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive yet succinct manner using business intelligence tools (Tableau (preferred) / Power B / Any other BI tooI)
- 'Build with heart' - intent to build reliable, clean and accurate data points that can be used across teams and cities.
- Experience in creating google sheets dashboards to ensure all sophisticated calculations happen automatically and minimum manual interventions are required.
- Experience in managing stakeholders, ability to communicate effectively regarding challenges upfront, share impact and TAT on resolution with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachability - Ability to unlearn and relearn new practices which could be different from current experience. Mindset to guide, groom and empower direct/ indirect reports and enable them to solve past/ present errors.
- Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity and come up with scaled reliable solutions, a solution driven approach on 'how we can'.
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact and keep the team's focus on delivering them one by one without the need of follow ups
