Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily maintenance activities of the resort, including guest rooms, public areas, pools, and grounds.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest maintenance requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential maintenance problems before they escalate.
  • Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders to the maintenance team.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching and ensuring they follow safety protocols.
  • Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
  • Manage a maintenance budget and track expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for the team.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and supervising a team.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

From ₹14,500.00 per month
