    Overview :


    The SAP FSCM Lead plays a crucial role in our organization, overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions.

    They are responsible for leading a team of SAP FSCM consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing expertise in financial processes and systems.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FSCM modules
    • Provide guidance and direction to a team of SAP FSCM consultants
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
    • Conduct system integration testing and support enduser training
    • Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies related to SAP FSCM
    • Stay updated on SAP FSCM best practices and industry trends
    • Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors and ensure quality deliverables
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in SAP FSCM processes

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • Proven experience as a lead SAP FSCM consultant or in a similar leadership role
    • Indepth knowledge of SAP FSCM modules such as Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Treasury and Risk Management
    • Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices
    • Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering highquality results within budget and timeline
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
    • Experience in providing endtoend SAP FSCM solutions and support
    • Certification in SAP FSCM or related areas is a plus
    • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
    • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop team members
    • Lead and manage SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) projects for the client Cap Gemini.
    • Utilize deep expertise in SAP FSCM to provide technical guidance and solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FSCM solutions.
    • Configure, customize and implement SAP FSCM modules as per project requirements.
    • Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing SAP FSCM implementations.
    • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
    • Stay updated with the latest SAP FSCM developments and best practices.
