Requirements and Responsibilities:

10 years of experience in recruiting in Healthcare Industry for US companies or experience in US IT Recruiter Non IT Recruiter or International Call center

-
Previous Nurse, Physician or Lab technician recruiting experience, preferred.

Desire to pursue a career in healthcare recruiting/sales. Designing searches to target the right applicants. Using judgment in determining the best available applicants for open position with our clients who are mostly hospitals, health systems and homecare.
Leveraging an applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media to maximize quality and quantity of applicants.

Capable of using Social Networking systems (Facebook, LinkedIn) (required).

Documenting interview findings in an applicant tracking system to aid all recruiters in placing the applicant with a client.
Obtaining necessary documentation of licenses and certifications, ensuring proper documentation in an applicant tracking system
Selfconfident, sales driven and able to successfully work in a highly competitive marketplace
Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
Work during
US EST timings/India night shift

Work Location:
Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Salary:
DOE Plus Commission

Timings:
EST Timings Monday Friday (7:30PM to 4:30AM on IST)

Job Type:
Permanent

Pay:
₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
