Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Ahmedabad.

  • This position is responsible for providing customer service support for direct inbound customer service communications in a manner that lives up to high standards for customer service
  • Answers incoming communications (voice calls) regarding request for order updates and inquiries; assists with general customer service questions/comments
  • Doing outbound calls to book appointments
  • Assesses all customer service issues with the goal of first contact resolution on all technical and orderrelated issues.
  • Maintains complete and accurate records of all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in providing Technical Support
  • Ability to provide Online Support Services to customers
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
