Here are some specific job responsibilities of a copywriter:

Conceptualizing and Ideation:
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns. This involves understanding the client's brand, product/service, and target audience to create a relevant and engaging message.

Writing Copy:

Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for a wide range of advertising materials, such as print ads, social media posts, website content and more.

Ensure that the copy aligns with the client's brand voice and marketing goals.

Adapting to Different Formats:
Be versatile in adapting your writing style and tone to suit different mediums and platforms.

Writing for a billboard will be different from writing for a social media post or a brochure, and you'll need to tailor your copy accordingly.


Proofreading and Editing:
Thoroughly review and edit your own work to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and punctuation. You may also collaborate with proofreaders and editors to refine the final copy before it goes live.

Research:
Conduct research to gather relevant information about the product/service, industry trends, competitors, and the target audience. This knowledge will help you create more impactful and relevant copy.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with the account management team and directly communicate with clients to understand their requirements, address feedback, and present your ideas and concepts.


Meeting Deadlines:
Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Time management is crucial in the fast-paced world of advertising.

Creative Briefs:
Create and follow creative briefs that outline the project's objectives, target audience, key messages, and other essential information. This ensures that your work aligns with the overall advertising strategy.

Stay Updated:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and copywriting. Continuous learning will help you remain competitive and innovative in your role.


  • Collaboration with Art Directors and Designers: Work closely with art directors and designers to ensure that the visual and written elements of the advertising campaign complement each other and convey a cohesive message.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
