Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Continental Chef to join our team at the Trip Machine Company's first exclusive cafe/retail store.

The Continental Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes, and ensuring that high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained.

• Manage and oversee the kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and delegating tasks
• Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and presented attractively
• Plan menus and create new dishes that are in line with the company's brand and image
• Estimate food and labor costs and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained at all times
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and retail, to ensure a cohesive customer experience
• Manage inventory and food waste to minimize expenses
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the menu and service offerings
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all customer complaints and inquiries are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Continental Chef
• Good command of basic English
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to create and execute menus that are in line with the company's brand and image
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
