    JobDescription:

    We are seekinga motivated and detailoriented Mechanical Engineer to join our teamas a Project Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will beresponsible for coordinating with workers overseeing maintenanceactivities generating reports and effectively communicating withcustomers andvendors.


    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinateand supervise daily activities at project sites to ensure smoothoperations and adherence to projecttimelines.
    • Overseethe work of onsite personnel including technicians and laborers toensure tasks are completed efficiently andsafely.
    • Conductregular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure properfunctioning and identify any maintenanceneeds.
    • Generatereports detailing project progress issues encountered and solutionsimplemented.
    • Collaboratewith project managers and engineers to address any technicalchallenges or deviations from projectplans.
    • Interactwith customers to address concerns provide updates and ensuresatisfaction with projectoutcomes.
    • Managerelationships with vendors suppliers and subcontractors to procurematerials and services required for projectexecution.
    • Ensurecompliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintaina secure workenvironment.
    • Providetraining and guidance to site personnel as needed to enhanceproductivity and skilldevelopment.
    • Contributeto continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas foroptimization and implementing efficiencymeasures.

    Main Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team ofdesigners, including architects, structural engineers, steel, andaluminum detailers. Foster a creative and collaborative workenvironment, encouraging the team to generate fresh ideas andconcepts. Project Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize designprojects to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including engineering, projects, andproduction, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that alignwith the company's branding and business goals. Stay up to datewith industry trends and competitor's design initiatives. ConceptDevelopment: Work closely with designers to conceptualize andcreate design concepts, sketches, or prototypes. Review and approvedesign proposals and presentations.
