Location:
Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Nagaland,Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Jammu, Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Gujarat, Daman and Diu


Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream with minimum 5 years of experience in call center related work, customer care related work, conducting workshops and trainings. Should be fluent in respective States vernacular language along with English.
  • Will handle L0 complaints/ technical issues/ FAQ/ Queries etc. of State Buyers/Sellers.
  • Raise ticket on GeM help desk on behalf of buyer/seller and follow up with GeM central team for satisfactory resolution.
  • Will follow up for tickets already raised by Buyers/Sellers with GeM central team for loop closure and satisfactory resolution.
  • Resource will be posted in respective States. (Space for sitting will be provided by GeM in consultation with respective State Government).

Salary:
₹8, ₹29,939.07 per month
