Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO.

This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to support the CEO's work.
  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings and executive events.
  • Manage specific projects and conduct research as directed by the CEO.
  • Liaise with other staff members and external contacts to facilitate various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
  • High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

  • Punctual: Always on time, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the CEO is prepared for meetings and events.

  • Proactive: Anticipating the needs of the CEO and acting upon them without needing direction.
  • Consistent: Reliable and steady, maintaining a high standard of work even under pressure.
  • Super strong: Resilient and adaptable, able to handle a fastpaced environment and sensitive information with discretion.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
