    Regional Cyber Security Lead

    You will be working as Regional Cyber Security Lead at global grade 12 and will be part of Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Global Engineering Manager and will be responsible for supporting the LD teams within ABB standardized cyber security solutions, requirements and services. Contributing to the development of products and services. Participate in the creation of business strategy.

    Your responsibilities

    • Collaborating on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues or providing solutions with regards to security topics
    • Providing guidance how to meet customer's security requirements through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates for security related activities
    • Utilizing standard processes, tools and techniques. Ensuring that engineering activities comply with required cyber security regulations, standards and contractual requirements
    • Driving awareness in the team on cyber security risks, requirements and compliance, track and report compliance to ABB cyber security standards in development
    • Supporting the incident response activities are following the incident handling process
    • Performing cyber security assessment to ensure compliance of ABB's projects with ABB's cyber security standards. Assessment to be perform for projects of other business lines to avoid conflicts of interest

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Bachelor of Technology in computer science, electrical or electronics from a reputed institution
    • Extensive experience 8 to 10+ years in front end engineering design (FEED), detailed design, implementation, test and installation of cyber solutions and services
    • Required in-depth technical understanding of the relevant products, technology stacks and challenges that especially bridge IT and OT networks. Should have in-depth understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
    • Experience in working in international environments with different cultures and languages and managing stakeholders of varying management levels
    • Experience in defining, designing and guiding implementation of cyber security best practices and standards
    • Superior spoken and written English language skills
