The Graphic Designer is a role that assists the marketing department's Creative Manager and creative team


and will be responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to, generating/creating designs, conceptualize visuals, prepare rough drafts and present ideas on a wide range of low to high profile, simple and complex print and digital files for all projects as a means to communicate the brand message through different media interactions within Aristocrat that addresses basic facts of who we are, what we do, why we do what we do and how our approach is different that will ultimately benefit the customer and player.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for collaborating and assisting the creative team on design concepts,


all of which includes creation of original designs and concept creative ideas that graphically communicate the positioning of the Aristocrat Gaming brand.


What You'll Do:

Able to Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size

and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

  • Design and create marketing assets, such as ads, posters, social media posts, web banners, specialty property
materials artwork prepared for on-property promotional installations.

  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials for product launches, create marketing campaigns for
game launches and design and create artwork for swag items.

  • Strategize, assist with the development the creative thinking and innovative storytelling.
  • Develop content and design solutions to help improve marketing and promote the Aristocrat brand.
  • Work closely with inhouse videographer and animation/motion graphics team to help develop graphic ideas
for product launches, marketing campaigns, slot cabinets, external communication videos and internal

communication videos.

  • Help maintain Aristocrat's Brand standards guide with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Assist, maintain, and manage multiple creative marketing assets for Royals, Aristocrat's marketing asset
library to drive awareness for customers to use assets for property advertising, promotional collateral, and

social media platforms.

  • Design compelling key messages that pinpoint Aristocrat's unique position in the marketplace.
  • Able to develop and create unique creative design strategy decks to support player promotion experiences.
  • Assist the Creative Manager (and creative team) on projects from brainstorming to execution to rollout.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred
  • Minimum 57 years' experience in design or a related field
  • Experience in an advertising agency or inhouse art department preferred
  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Must have a portfolio
  • Strong organizational skills and keen sense of detail, flexibility, and ability to make adjustments quickly and with ease
