    Requirements:

    • In-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and industry trends
    • Outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Ability to analyse market data and tailor sales strategies accordingly
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
    • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to properties and events
