We are looking for a Staff Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Bangalore, reporting to the senior manager of Infrastructure Projects.

In this role, you will provide ongoing operational maintenance, support, and upgrades of cloud infrastructure systems and software in support of Infoblox's SaaS and secure access services edge direction for our internal clients and external customers.

You will also be the liaison to the Architects, IT infrastructure, and IT security teams for provisioning new technology and services.

What you'll do:


  • Manage the Enterprise Azure active directory, assist with planning service capacity, forecast demand, analyze software performance, and tune systems
  • Create autoprovisioned images based on the enduser's job role or responsibilities
  • Design and deploy Cloud architecture services for different functional teams within Infoblox
  • Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Machines
  • Create and implement backup and disaster recovery for our core infrastructure
  • Design and implement SharePoint services

What you will bring:


  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Active Directory Services administration
  • Administrator experience with good knowledge of DNS, AD Trust, ADFS, and Group Policy
  • Proven understanding in enterprise platform security
  • Deep knowledge of Firewall administration, including policy creation, modification, organization, and patching
  • Experience with unified communications services like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, AZURE AD, SQL, IIS, and M36
  • Good knowledge in SSO Services, such as Okta
  • Experience with SharePoint Administration
  • Ability to provide RCA in case of any failed change or high priority incidents
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related work experience desired

What success looks like:


After six months, you will

  • Be accountable for 100% of Azure Active Directory services
  • Own the platform architecture and decision making
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Architects and IT infosec on various projects and initiatives
  • Work independently and drive projects/operation work in the domain
  • Drive vulnerability remediation in the cloud infrastructure
  • Deliver SOP for implementing security standardization across Azure, Active Directory platforms
  • Work on major severity and complex infrastructure issues

After about a year, you will

  • Crosstrain team members on Azure, O365, and SharePoint Services
  • Bring bestinclass ideas and suggestions for improvement
  • Work on cross tenant architecture requirements
  • Manage and maintain Audit readiness documentation and processes
  • Work on tools integration and automation
