Responsibilities:

PO releasement activities of Direct and Indirect materials within TAT.
PO acknowledgement and delivery followups with suppliers, Vendors & subcontractors.
Replenishment of Copack and other bought items on daily, weekly basis or whenever required from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.
Reconciliation of Subcontracting account, asset closure statements from subcontractors as per defined time period.
Ensure subcontracting materials send to subcontractor end on time and receipt of same at factory premises as per production demand.
Monitor Pipeline stock on daily basis and on hand information of it.
Assist to Planning manager for other special activities like MRP changes, Cylinder changes followups.
Assist in Monthly SCM reports preparation.
Participate in yearend stock take activities.
Ensure timely accounting of line rejected or incoming rejected goods into system as well as physically.

Qualifications:

B. Com with 35 years job experience in purchase function preferably in consumer goods industries any engineering, automobile industry.
Diploma in material management with 01year experience.
