    Role : Lead UI/UX Designer

    Designation : Lead UX Designer

    Education :

    Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

    Master's Degree in Design or a related field is a plus.

    Experience : 5+ years

    Budget : As per industry

    Location : Hyderabad

    Must Have :

    - Min 5yrs in UI/UXdesign, Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Team management.

    Lead the Design Charge :

    1. As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you'll be the visionary captain at the helm of the design team.

    2. You'll shape intuitive and engaging user journeys across the web-based platform, championing a user-centered approach that fosters seamless experiences for stakeholders.

    3. You'll lead a team of 6 talented designers, providing mentorship, fostering collaboration, and ensuring top-notch delivery.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Lead and Empower :

    - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 UI/UX designers, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output.

    - Foster a collaborative and supportive design environment where team members can thrive and learn.

    Translate Vision into Reality :

    - Collaborate with product management, business, and other stakeholders to understand and translate complex business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

    - Ensure designs align with the companies' brand identity and user personas.

    Craft Intuitive Experiences :

    - Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web-based software applications, focusing on usability and user experience.

    - Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

    Master the Toolkit :

    - Utilize industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other design software to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

    - Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

    Champion User Advocacy :

    - Participate in design reviews and present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs.

    - Be a strong advocate for user needs throughout the development process.

    Stay Ahead of the Curve :

    - Continuously explore emerging design trends and technologies to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and effective.

    Skills & Requirements :

    Experienced Leader :

    Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for software applications, with proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring design teams.

    Design Master :

    Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other relevant design tools, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI/UX design work for web applications.

    Communication Maestro :

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and solutions to diverse stakeholders.

    Problem-Solving Ace :

    Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail to ensure flawless user experiences.
