  • Knowledge on Information Security standards, Siemens CyberSecurity Requirements (SFeRA), Industry guidelines and security best practices.
  • Implementation of Siemens InfoSec policies and its governance.
  • Support in development of security policies and procedures in line with SFeRA guidelines and business requirements to strengthen the security posture.
  • Understand business scope, challenges and address the risks.
  • Schedule internal audits in line with QM audit schedule and conducts audit as per the schedule.
  • Coordinate external audits.
  • Tracking on time closure of audit findings.
  • Capturing STSPL Information security goals and ensure its adherence.
  • Create Information Security awareness among employees based on the defined security policies and SFeRA guidelines.
  • Governance of vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Perform Incident management activity as per Siemens process.

Desired Skills:


  • Education: BE / B. Tech / MCA / ME / M. Tech / MBA
  • 2 to 5 Years overall experience in Industry
  • 2 5 Years experience in Cybersecurity.
