Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the book industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of compelling sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and editorial, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve sales objectives.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Sales management role within the book publishing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the publishing industry, book sales processes, and distribution channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
