Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the book industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and editorial, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Sales management role within the book publishing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the publishing industry, book sales processes, and distribution channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
