Job Brief:
As a Customer Success Executive you will play a crucial role in understanding and aligning with customers' business objectives. You'll collaborate with internal departments to provide an exceptional service experience. The role demands technical acumen, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for learning new technologies.
Operating as the central point of contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring strong, long-lasting customer relationships, driving adoption, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, managing on-boarding, implementation, training, and ensuring retention
:
- Act as an intermediary between clients and engineers, supporting clients with technical questions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ventla's products/services and clients' business issues
:
- Develop customer success strategies, best practices, and support content in collaboration with the team.
Communicate effectively with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth
:
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust, identifying areas of opportunity, and facilitating workflow between project team members
:
- Shift timings will be from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
years of Customer Success experience in ITES/SaaS products.
- Proficient with Native English and good command over US native accent.
- Strong verbal and written communication, planning, and management skills. Analytical, logical, and processoriented mindset.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadlinedriven environment.
- Active team player, selfstarter, and multitasker with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Comfortable operating SaaS software like JIRA, Trello, etc. Ventla also offers Flexible working hours.

Salary : 6 LPA
Salary:
Up to ₹600,000.00 per month
