Responsibilities:
- kick start affiliate marketing
- Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions
- Reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity
- Identifying and implementing other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
- Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements
- Continually motivating affiliates to perform better
- Setting inhouse affiliate management system
- Monitoring and reporting on competitors
Technical Expertise:
- Handson understanding of the affiliate ecosystem; ideally large scale platform experiences.
- Good knowledge in working with 3rd party affiliate platforms.
- A good understanding of Earned Media would be an advantage
- Be the gate keeper of excellence in delivering quality performance and should possess the hunger for growth.
