Digital Marketing Associate


Job Summary:


Social Media Marketing:


  • Creating and managing social media profiles.
  • Developing content calendars and scheduling posts.
  • Engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Content Creation:


  • Writing blog posts, articles, and website copy.
  • Creating visual content such as graphics, infographics, and videos.
  • Optimizing content for search engines (SEO).

Paid Advertising:


  • Setting up and managing payperclick (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitoring ad performance and adjusting bids/targeting to optimize ROI.
  • Creating ad creatives and copy.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Monitoring website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


  • Conducting keyword research and identifying opportunities for website optimization.
  • Optimizing website content, meta tags, and structure for improved search engine rankings.
  • Building backlinks through outreach and content promotion.
  • Monitoring search engine algorithm changes and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Campaign Coordination:


  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams (such as design, product, and sales) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Coordinating promotional activities across multiple channels.
  • Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visuals

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):


  • Managing customer databases and segmentation.
  • Personalizing marketing communications based on customer data and preferences.
  • Analyzing customer lifetime value and retention metrics.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:


  • Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' strategies.
  • Analyzing competitor activities and identifying areas for differentiation.
  • Staying updated on industry news and developments.

Continuous Learning and Development:


  • Staying informed about digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Participating in relevant training programs, webinars, and workshops.
  • Experimenting with new tools and strategies to improve performance.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
