Role & Responsibilities :

• Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP to architect, develop, and implement complex solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing technical guidance, training, and support.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Epicor solutions.
• Customization: Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations within the Epicor framework.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and configurations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of all technical deliverables, conducting testing and validation as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Expertise in Epicor ERP software, including customization, configurations, and integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and .NET.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients.
• Epicor certification (preferred).
