    JobDescription:

    As a Commercial RealEstate Paralegal you will be crucial in supporting the legal teamin the closing and title processes. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estatetransactions with veteran expertise in closings andtitles.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Manageand coordinate all aspects of Commercial Real Estateclosings.
    • Conduct thorough title examinationsand ensure all necessary documentation is accurate andcomplete.
    • Collaborate with attorneys toprepare and review legal documents related to real estatetransactions.
    • Communicate effectively withclients lenders and other parties involved in the closingprocess.
    • Stay updated on relevant laws andregulations affecting Commercial Real Estatetransactions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a Paralegal inCommercial Real Estate.
    • Proven expertise inclosings and title processes.
    • Strongorganizational skills.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency inSpanish

    NicetoHave:
