    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Company's Assistant Lawyer at Tricone, located in Maharashtra, India. As an Assistant Lawyer, your day-to-day tasks will include providing legal assistance and support to the legal team, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in contract negotiations and legal proceedings.

    Qualifications

    • Law degree from an accredited institution
    • Active Practitioner of about 5-10 years
    • Experienced Legal Assistance with Profound Drafting Expertise
    • Previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in legal software and research tools
    • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus
